Membership Matters
1. Fleur Privilege program has four membership tiers - Silver, Gold, Platinum & White. Membership to the Silver tier is open to all floral connoisseurs.
2. Members are upgraded to higher tiers based on the annual spend on Flora2000. Upon completing a preset annual spend (in $) or number of purchases member shall be upgraded to the next tier. For instance, upon completing an annual spend of $150 or 3 purchases members shall be upgraded from the Silver to the Gold tier. We also have an accelerated 6 month upgrade, upon completing the required spend within 6 months members shall be upgraded to the next tier.
3. To retain their membership status, members are required to meet a preset annual spend. To make re-qualification easier 3 timeframes are used for Tier retention. Silver membership is not subject to the retention criteria. For example a Platinum member must spend $800 in 24 months from the date of being promoted to the Platinum membership to retain the privileged status. If a member is unable to meet the retention requirements then their membership status will be changed according to their annual spend at Flora2000.

Points Earning, Redemption & Expiry
1. Members earn 1 Fleur point per $ spent on Flora2000 products. This is not applicable for Silver members.
2. Fleur points are awarded on the total amount PAID to Flora2000 excluding delivery charges, surcharges and extra delivery charge (In case of Alaska / Hawai).
3. Fleur points are credited to the members Fleur accounts upon successful credit card payments. Fleur points are not awarded for cancelled or refunded orders.
4. Members can redeem Fleur points for a discount on Flora2000. The value of discount is 5% of the number of points redeemed by a member. For example if a member redeems 100 Fleur points then they receive 5% of 100 points i.e. $5 discount on their purchase. Members must redeem points equivalent to a minimum of $5 in one transaction.
5. Fleur points can be redeemed for a discount against Flora2000 products, delivery charges, surcharges and extra delivery charges (if applicable). These points cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Members can earn points on orders on which they use discount coupons or promotional codes. Members earn Fleur points on the total amount PAID to Flora2000 (after reducing the discount coupons or promotional codes) excluding delivery charges, surcharges and extra delivery charge (In case of Alaska/Hawai).
7. Members cannot redeem Fleur points on orders on which they use discount coupons, promotional codes or any other discounts.
8. If members redeem Fleur points on an order and subsequently the order is cancelled, the Fleur points redeemed will be refunded into the member Fleur account. However if the member receives a refund for such an order, Fleur points redeemed shall not be refunded.
9. Fleur points are subjected to expiration and will do so within 6 months from the date of issue. Please make sure to redeem them at the earliest. Once expired, the points will be void.
