If the recipient is not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered due to un-fresh flowers or is dissatisfied with the quality, the customer who placed the order will be given 100% refund or replacement provided that:
- The recipient refuses to accept the flowers/gifts on grounds of quality or packaging and returns the order instantly AND
- Customer writes a mail to us about the reason of dissatisfaction along with the proof of poor quality/packaging /service within 7 days of delivery.

Flowers are a perishable commodity and are very sensitive to external environment conditions. Quality complaints will also be subject to maintenance and handling of flowers immediately after recipient signs POD and accepts the order.
Fresh Flowers cannot be stocked and thus sometimes a particular flower in the composition chosen may be unavailable. In case of non availability of a specific element in the product, Flora2000 exercises the option to substitute that element with the next best option; care is always taken not to alter the look and feel of the composition.

Refund will be carried out within 7 working days once one of the above mentioned criteria is met. Once the refund has been successfully processed, you will receive a refund notification via email. Safe keep this refund notification for checking against your monthly credit card bill. Please note that refunds may take upto 60 days to appear on your credit card statement, due to the speed and policies of your bank. Please do await them. Thanks.

Substitution is always informed by us to the sender prior to delivery of the order via email. Any objection to substitution should be communicated to Flora2000 prior to delivery. No refund will be provided after the order is delivered.
You will appreciate that no refund or replacement is provided if delivery has been attempted to the provided address and there was no recipient available to receive it; or an alternate place to leave the flowers was available (such as neighbor, front desk, etc) We will however ensure and try our best to contact the recipient and sender to try and find a way to achieve delivery.
Flora2000 shall not be liable for non-fulfillment of the services, if it is a cause and/or consequence resulting from/or due to any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Flora2000. Such causes include act of God and public enemy, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes and other industrial disputes and unusually severe weather, typhoons, earthquakes of extreme intensities or volcanic eruptions, change of policies by Central /State Governments, local municipal authorities, disruptions due to political/industrial agitations. In the above light of situations Flora2000 will not offer a refund in case of late delivery. We will keep you posted of this situation. However, we will try our best to deliver the order to the earliest available next date.
