Step 1: Once you have selected the flowers/gift items you would like to send, Read the product description. Select the “Delivery Date” and click on “Buy Now” / “Add to Cart” button.

Step 2: You will be taken to the sign in page.

Step 3: You can check your order and add your Personalized message and add any special instructions. Add recipient’s details, its most important to fill in all the detail carefully. Then click on continue.

Step 4: Billing Details - fill in your details and click “Continue”.
(to ensure no frauds please make sure that the card details and address details are same as the cards, this is for your protection.)

Step 5: Payment Method - fill in card details and click on ”Pay now“.

Step 6: Review Page - please check your order carefully, make sure your delivery date is correct , put in the relevant discount code or select NONE and click ”Place Your Order and Pay“.

Step 7: Order Confirmation

Go to My Account >> My Orders or “Orders” from top bar and click on ENQUIRE and submit your query.
You will receive order confirmation email on successful order and execution email with billed invoice once order is delivered. If you have not received an email, kindly check your SPAM INBOX as the emails may be landing in the spam folder.
Yes, After setting up a reminder we will send reminder email before the occasion.

Go to My Account >> My Reminders and “Add New Reminder” or manage your existing reminders.
